Monitoring Tools

At all levels, SABIS^®’s Headquarters, Regional Centers, and individual schools, there are analysis and monitoring tools that are designed to provide up-to-date information and analysis to ensure the highest standards are maintained across the SABIS^® Network.

A range of reports are generated by the SABIS^® School Management System (SSMS) to allow administrators and teachers to monitor student learning, pinpoint gaps, and implement the most appropriate solutions. These reports, which cover students’ grades, discipline records, and attendance records, to name a few, are the ultimate tool used across the SABIS^® Network to ensure general academic quality control.
There are over 400 reports available at each school that provide information on every aspect of school life, including academics, discipline, attendance, and health.

SABIS^® 360 is a monitoring tool used at SABIS^® to analyze all the data produced at the school, and highlight any issues that may need attention and their possible remedies.
The SABIS^® 360 was developed to increase school performance by observing students’ progress closely, promoting efficient decision making, and providing for efficient analysis of exams. It identifies potential issues based on pre-defined measures, such as exam performance that is less than the pre-defined average for a class or an individual student, and presents the relevant information in a dashboard format for teachers, AQCs, and directors so that they can zero in on issues and plan appropriate follow-up to resolve issues.

The SABIS^® Digital Platform is a new generation platform available to SABIS^® students, teachers, and parents that is designed to facilitate information sharing and communication among everyone involved in the student learning process.
For students, the SABIS^® Digital Platform is an extension of their educational experience at school and a tool that allows them to take charge of their education. On the platform, students are able to practice online quizzes, view, and download academic material, keep track of their courses and academic performance, view their detailed schedule and interactive school calendars, access On Demand Tutoring and PrepList as well as the Student Learning Environment.
For parents, the SABIS^® Digital Platform, also available as a mobile App, provides an ideal and convenient tool for them to keep informed about school new and follow their child’s academic performance and school involvement.
